I support Félix Sipma <felix+debian@gueux.org>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Félix Sipma on patat and golang-github-minio-minio-go, khard and something else, for some months now,
and I would like to see him start doing the DM process to be able to upload his packages alone

I have personally worked with Félix Sipma <felix+debian@gueux.org> (key 2E6B7C0E128B8F9B16DAA76A5857883E277DB3CC) for some time,
and I know Félix Sipma can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.

Post Scriptum: He maintains some trivial packages (golang and haskell needs mainly just to keep up with upstream, the debian packaging
is somewhat easy to write and maintain), and he did some mistakes in the past when I had to look at his RFS bugs.
However in the last few iteractions he improved a lot his workflow and he is starting to understand the developer reference, the NMU
procedures and Debian as a whole (he had to package new dependencies of his tools, and I remember we had to nitpick on something)

That said, this is out of a DM scope, he is learning quickly, and since his packages are updated too often,
I think granting him DM permissions won't hurt, specially because I'm sure in the meanwhile he will become a prominent DM :)

Keep up the nice work!

Gianfranco
