Details from manphiz:

  For nm.debian.org, at 2026-03-03:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian
  Developer, uploading.
I have worked as a Debian Maintainer since 2024, mainly as a member of
the Debian Emacsen team. I have since learned more about package
handling in the Debian way in both the technical aspect (ensure that
packages work well and have good test coverage) and philosophically
(ensure that licenses of the source code are compatible or remove
incompatible parts). Also, I have also taken lessons on how to propose
changes to team maintained packages so as to both improving the
packages and maintaining a good relationship with other maintainers.
  I now am a maintainer/uploader of more than 70 packages[1], and am
proposing more interesting packages to be introduced into
Debian. During the time, I learned many new techniques, as well as
help resolving issues on packages, e.g. Emacs 30.1 build issues, many
Emacs addon compilation/test failures, aegisub/luajit co-op, etc., and
more importantly, had a lot of fun.
I believe in Debian's mission to create a free operating system, and
would like to contribute more in a more independent way by becoming a
DD (uploading). I will continue to improve with Debian along the
  journey.
