I appreciate if Michael Stehmann would become a non-Uploading DD.  I
know him for more than 10 years.  He is active in Debian has joined
several DebConfs and other events.  Since he is an advocate by
profession his main competence is in the field of law issues.  My
experience as DPL has shown that we as mere technicans have problems
addressing such issues.  This might be inside the Data Protection team
or when discussing problems like age verification.  Since only DDs can
be delegates I would like to see Michael becoming a non-uploading DD.

I support Michael Stehmann <michael@canzeley.de>'s request to become a Debian Developer, non-uploading.
I have met Michael Stehmann at several MiniDebConfs, DebConfs, Froscon and elsewhere over many years and have had many good free software related discussions with him. He also helped to setup DebConf15 legal entitity properly as in RL he is a lawyer.
I know Michael Stehmann can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, right now and I believe Debian will be better with having him among us.
