Details from nadzeya:

  I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
  uploading.
  I have been contributing to Debian primarily through the Debian Rust
  Team, where
  I am the main maintainer of end-user tools like framework-tool, rbw,
  xleak,
  doxx, so, pastel, as well as a number of libraries packaged as their
  dependencies. I have helped drive several transitions, including
  codespan-reporting (0.11 -> 0.12), csscolorparser (0.7 -> 0.8), base32
  (0.4 ->
  0.5), and rstest (0.17 -> 0.26, still in progress). Beyond transitions, I
  have
  worked on FTBFS fixes (for example python-maturin) and on a wide range of
  bug
  fixes across Rust packages in the team's repository
  In the Debian Python Team I maintain torf, with torf-cli currently in
  NEW. I am
  also preparing the mstpd package for the Debian Networking Team
  I have been contributing to Debian since July 2025 and have been a Debian
  Maintainer since November 2025
  I would like to become a Debian Developer, uploading, so that I can
  upload my
  own packages to NEW while working on ITPs, participate more fully in
  transitions
  without it being a burden on sponsors to upload all the reverse
  dependencies,
  and continue contributing bug fixes to team-maintained packages with full
  privileges. I believe I still have a lot to learn, but I have been
  involved in
  Debian's processes long enough to be ready to take on more
  responsibility, and I
  would like to continue and expand the work I am already doing as a full
  member
  of the project
