I support Brian Cosgrove's application to become a Debian Maintainer.

I have sponsored and reviewed uploads related to the clnkr package and have
worked with Brian throughout the packaging process. During this work, Brian has
demonstrated a good understanding of Debian packaging practices and has been
responsive to review comments and requested changes.

The package work has shown appropriate attention to Debian Policy, build and
lintian issues, and general package quality. Communication during review and
sponsorship has been straightforward and constructive, and follow-up fixes have
been handled promptly.

Based on my experience working with Brian on clnkr, I believe he is capable of
maintaining his packages responsibly within Debian and can be trusted with DM
upload rights for the packages he maintains.

I have personally worked with Brian Cosgrove <cosgroveb@gmail.com> (key
95FFE83621ADDF940F7300FCAA1F6DCF461A82FD) for many years, and I know Brian
Cosgrove can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right
now.
