I support Seyed Mohamad Amin Modaresi <modaresisofthard@proton.me>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Seyed Mohamad Amin Modaresi on vkbasalt-cli, gpu-viewer, and gpu-screen-recorder.
for 4 months and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.
I have sponsored uploads for the three named packages listed above as well as
conversed with Seyed concerning some of this other packages, which I ultimately
referred to appropriate teams for sponsorship.
