Details from bensmrs:

  For nm.debian.org, at 2026-05-29:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
  non-uploading.
Debian user since 2016, I only recently got involved as a contributor to
  the project.
I have led the local organization of DebConf25 in Brest, and that was
  quite the exhausting experience!
But thanks to that, I got to know folk within the community and that made
me realize that all that work was for the right people, of whom I was
really quickly made to feel part.
My investment in Debian is only (Mini)DebConf-related, and this is
something I very much want to continue doing (by contributing more to the
tooling used by organizers), while also exploring new ways to help
(packaging, work related to legal frameworks...).
Therefore, I want to make my involvement within the project more formal,
following the encouragement of quite a few DDs in that regard.
