For nm.debian.org, at 2026-06-03:
I support Jesse Rhodes <jesse@sney.ca>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I reviewed and sponsored their initial upload of isoimagewriter to NEW.
Furthermore, I reviewed and sponsored their packaging of zoitechat, as well as its
backport to stable.

Their work has always been of high quality, with very little to improve.
Furthermore, they have been providing user support in various Debian IRC
channels for a considerable time, which is also a very important.

I have personally worked with Jesse Rhodes <jesse@sney.ca>
(key 4891920327A3B6937B609A91836D04B7672F2961) for more than a year now, and I know Jesse Rhodes
can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
