I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.

Over the past year I have been maintaining more than 29 source packages in the
archive, covering Go, Rust, C/C++, Javascript, Dart ecosystems.
Recent work includes landing dart-sdk through full ftp-master DFSG review with
self-hosting bootstrap (sponsored by Emfox), upstream rescue and Debian
maintenance of xwpe (sponsored by Andreas Tille), salvaging testdisk through
the Debian Tiny Tasks initiative  to pkg-security-team,
and building Rust/Go dependency chains for the Debian Chromium team coordinated
with Andres Salomon.

I would like to be able to upload my own packages directly, and to formalize the
responsibility and commitment for the work I already do.
