I support Nick Rosbrook <enr0n@ubuntu.com>'s request to become a Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with Nick Rosbrook on various packages such as systemd and mkosi, where I added
them as a co-maintainer a year and a half ago, for about 3 years and I consider them as having
sufficient technical competence. As an Ubuntu developer, Nick has plenty of experience dealing
with our processes and systems, and has all the right incentives to become a successful and
productive contributor.

I have personally worked with Nick Rosbrook <enr0n@ubuntu.com>
(key 7B03126F82BFC84B84CD751B2CE33B75F95AEA9C) for 3 years, and I know Nick Rosbrook
can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
