The most important requirement for changing status in Debian is to make sure that a person actually intends to do so.

Hello,
I would like to apply to change my status to Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked on the systemd package for a while, and I regularly send patches for a variety of packages on salsa or the BTS as a part of my work on Ubuntu. I would like to continue and expand my involvement in Debian, so I would like to become a full member.
Thanks,
Nick (enr0n)
