I have worked with Michael Lloyd on quickshell packaging since early 2026, they
have been highly responsive and their work is of high quality, thus I consider
them as having sufficient technical competence. Since then they have been
consistently working on it to keep it up-to-date.
After looking at their previous contributions and a discussion on their future
plan, I support Michael Lloyd's request to become a DM.
I have personally worked with Michael Lloyd <michael@micl.dev>
(key 3FA29177F0E46DE9134B141804A0DCF218913611) for 8 months, and I know Michael Lloyd
can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
