For nm.debian.org, at 2017-02-16:
I support Ondřej Kobližek <firstname.lastname@example.org>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I've been working with Ondřej (key: 746C DD18 6186 3428 60EB 9EB5 63FE 10EA D55D 0FDB) for a few months,
sponsoring almost all of his uploads.
He created brand new packages: pytest-pylint, python-m3u8 and python-mpegdash and he is team maintaining OpenStack packages.
He's taking care of his packages very well. I think he's ready to get limited DM upload rights.
