I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.

I have been a DM for a year, and contributing for 2 years. I am the maintainer,
individually or as part of a team, of various packages [1], such as:

dpdk
czmq
pidgin-gnome-keyring
the nvidia drivers and libraries

I would like to contribute more by being able to upload to the NEW queue and
other activities restricted to DDs.
