I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.

I have been a DM since July last year, and have contributed in various
forms before that.

I'm currently maintaining some leaf packages [1], and I have done
most of the uploads for quite a while.

I would like to contribute more by being able to upload to the NEW
queue, have easier access to Debian infrastructure like the porter boxes
and other activities restricted to DDs.

I have also applied to change my nm status on nm.debian.org[2].
