I support James Valleroy <jvalleroy@mailbox.org>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
James is contributing in many ways to the Freedombox project.
I have personally worked with James Valleroy <jvalleroy@mailbox.org> (key 7D6ADB750F91085589484BE677C0C75E7B650808) in maintaining the freedombox-setup and plinth packages.
I think he's ready to get DM upload rights.
