Hello,
I support Carsten Schoenert <c.schoenert@t-online.de>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.
He is working on the Icedove/Thunderbird package.
I personally work with him (key B70DFC6F134FECFC011E62AA83016014251D1DB0) in the Debian Groupware-Team since three years.
He teached me many steps doing a a proper package calendar-exchange-provider.
I know Carsten Schoenert can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
