I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to “Debian Developer, uploading”.
I have been the maintainer of `dbab` and `shc` packages for a while and I would like to be able to continue on maintaining them (and more orphaned package to come) with a new Debian ID.  I also intend to involve more on maintaining more debian packages, including those that I newly developed, that I believe will benefit the Chinese community greatly.
