I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian
Developer, uploading.
I have worked on golang and golang related packages for a while and
maintain snapd. I would like to be able to help maintain the golang
and Python packages, and get packages into NEW, without having to find
a sponsor for each new package I need to touch.
