Hello, I suggest you to start by creating a 4096 key, and requesting to maintain stuff / send patches to BTS. You seems to have zero packages under your umbrella, and this seems the first time you approach Debian systems. This kind of process is reserved to well known contributors. If you want you can join pkg-security team and give help / ask for new packages to maintain.
