I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked on mumble for a few years, and I would like to be able to:
  - help others via reviewing packaging and sponsoring uploads
  - advocate others for DM that I feel fit the required criteria
  - upload new packages without needing to find a DD to sponsor the upload
  - otherwise be more a part of Debian than I can as a DM
