I support Shengjing Zhu <i@zhsj.me>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.

I have worked with Shengjing Zhu on various packages within the pkg-go team,
and sponsored both additions and updates to existing packages. Additionally,
Shengjing Zhu has contributed to our tooling (such as ratt and dh-make-golang).

I have personally worked with Shengjing Zhu <i@zhsj.me> (key 43673975973406E650A64124CF0E265B7DFBB2F2) for several months,
and I know Shengjing Zhu can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
