I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked as a member of Debian Go Packaging Team for a while, with 30+
packages changed by me. Since packaging Go softwares, needing taking care of
plenty of dependencies, I feel with a DM hat, it's not convenient as expected. So I
start this process to apply Debian Developer, uploading.
I hope as a DD, I can bring more stale Go packages alive, especially the container
and cloud related tools.
