I support Adriano Rafael Gomes <adrianorg@arg.eti.br>'s request to become
Debian Developer, non-uploading.

I know Adriano Rafael Gomes and his work around Debian since 2009. He is a
dedicated contributor in Brazilian Portuguese translation team, being one
of the main translators currently in Brazil.

Adriano is a reference in Brazil as speaker in several relevant events, as
FISL[1], Latinoware[2] and MiniDebConfs, always talking about Debian
translation. In his presentations, he has a special interest to recruit new
contributors to translation activities.

I would like to see Adriano as DD non-uploading. I consider he as an
important person for Debian in Brazil. I also confirm that his GPG key is
3F2C078F09E85FB34E4E1BAE083781A2D2ACE48B.

I have personally worked with Adriano Rafael Gomes <adrianorg@arg.eti.br>
(key 3F2C078F09E85FB34E4E1BAE083781A2D2ACE48B) for more than five years.
Our main interactions were on the Brazilian Portuguese Localization team
(debian-l10n-portuguese), working on translating different parts of Debian.

I also have personally met Adriano Rafael Gomes <adrianorg@arg.eti.br>
at different occasions, usually attending Free Software conferences in
Brazil.  Adriano is always happy to support Debian, he has a strong
commitment to our principles and guidelines, and a dedication to high
quality. He goes above and beyond to help new people, not only to use
Debian, but also to contribute, specially around translation efforts.

I know Adriano Rafael Gomes <adrianorg@arg.eti.br> can be trusted to
be a full member of Debian, right now. I also confirm his GPG key is
