Since 2013 Sebastian is doing very fine work maintaining the src:freedict
package in Debian. I know him as a serious and passionate Free Software
developer. It would be good for Debian and Free Software if Sebastian would get
upload rights.

Sebastian is a regular visitor of the BSPs in Salzburg. He is very friendly,
nice to work with and skilled in fixing bugs even in not-so-easy languages
and/or code. Glad to see he is finally applying to become a DM.
