For nm.debian.org, at 2017-11-09:

I support Marcos Fouces <marcos.fouces@gmail.com>'s
request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Marcos Fouces on a lot of pkg-security packages,
e.g. acct, snoopy, autoog, libnids, nmapsi4 and many others,
and I would like to be able to see him uploading on his own.

I have personally worked with Marcos Fouces <marcos.fouces@gmail.com>
(key 7CB8AFFD56032FE35A347D2E6ACCBD0FA3B7447C) for many months now,
and I know Marcos Fouces can be trusted to have upload rights
for their own packages, right now.

Side note: He did a great work in pkg-security, in importing new tools,
polishing packages, and helping team mates in their packages.
Even I didn't upload many packages in unstable, his work has been really
nice and I would like to see him if possible upload packages under pkg-security
even if he is not a direct uploader.
(this is something that can be seen as a "mostly ready for DD application",
but I still need to see some more work for this)
