I support Brian T. Smith <bsmith@systemfabricworks.com>'s request to
become Debian Contributor, with guest account. I have worked with
Brian T. Smith in Debian HPC team (formerly pkg-ofed) and sponsored a
few uploads for him. His packages were always of good quality and he
was quite reactive to include spotted fixes. I know Brian T. Smith
<bsmith@systemfabricworks.com> (key
EACF1CC3F79C5C757371CA31B3C2C7B73BA3CD7F) can be trusted to have
access to developer machines, right now.
