I hereby support Robert Haist <rhaist@mailbox.org>'s request to become Debian
Developer, uploading.

During the time I have worked with Robert (which has been almost one and a half
years as of December 2017) he has been maintaining Hyperscan and the package
manager for the Bro IDS in Debian as a DM. I have sponsored a number of uploads
for his packages and I can confirm they were always in a good state, which is
also why DM permissions were granted in the first place.

Rob shows extensive technical insight not only in the security field but also
regarding more general FOSS matters, for which he also deeply cares.
- From what I can see from his contributions and my personal impression, he can
be trusted to have full, unsupervised, unrestricted upload to the archive right
now.
