For nm.debian.org, at 2018-02-01:
I support Peter Pentchev <roam@ringlet.net>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with Peter Pentchev since begin of 2016 but his older contributions are dated 2007
I have personally worked with Peter Pentchev <roam@ringlet.net> (key 2EE7A7A517FC124CF115C354651EEFB02527DF13) for two years now,
and I know Peter Pentchev can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
He deserves to have the possibility to upload his packages by himself, because a lot of them changes soname too often, and
DM is not appropriate to fix that.

I support Peter Pentchev <roam@ringlet.net> (key 2EE7A7A517FC124CF115C354651EEFB02527DF13)'s
request to become Debian Developer, uploading.
I've worked with him since 2009, both in the Debian Perl Team, where he's in
Uploaders for 32 packages, and also as a sponsor of some of his other
packages. I also set DM permissions for 2 or 3 of those packages over the
years.
Peter has an excellent technical understanding of Debian and beyond. Every
now and then I've seen some neat tricks in packages I reviewed. Cooperating
with him was always a pleasure.
I am therefor convinced that Peter Pentchev <roam@ringlet.net> has the necessary
technical and social competencies to become a full member of the Debian
project.
