I support Peter Pentchev <email@example.com> (key 2EE7A7A517FC124CF115C354651EEFB02527DF13)'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading. I've worked with him since 2009, both in the Debian Perl Team, where he's in Uploaders for 32 packages, and also as a sponsor of some of his other packages. I also set DM permissions for 2 or 3 of those packages over the years. Peter has an excellent technical understanding of Debian and beyond. Every now and then I've seen some neat tricks in packages I reviewed. Cooperating with him was always a pleasure. I am therefor convinced that Peter Pentchev <firstname.lastname@example.org> has the necessary technical and social competencies to become a full member of the Debian project.Signed with key D1E1 316E 93A7 60A8 104D 85FA BB3A 6801 8649 AA06
For nm.debian.org, at 2018-02-01: I support Peter Pentchev <email@example.com>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading. I have worked with Peter Pentchev since begin of 2016 but his older contributions are dated 2007 I have personally worked with Peter Pentchev <firstname.lastname@example.org> (key 2EE7A7A517FC124CF115C354651EEFB02527DF13) for two years now, and I know Peter Pentchev can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now. He deserves to have the possibility to upload his packages by himself, because a lot of them changes soname too often, and DM is not appropriate to fix that.Signed with key 9297 8A6E 195E 4921 825F 7FF0 F34F 0974 4E9F 5DD9
