I support Dennis van Dok <dennisvd@nikhef.nl>'s request to become
Debian Maintainer.

I have worked with Dennis van Dok on various distributed computing
related software and have sponsored many of his uploads in the past,
including the International Grid Trust Federation (IGTF) policy bundle
and packages for the LCAS/LCMAPS authoraization framework.

The packages he creates are genarally of good quality and I believe he
can be trusted to have upload rights for his own packages.
