For nm.debian.org, at 2018-03-11:
I support Rebecca Natalie Palmer <rebecca_palmer@zoho.com>'s request to
become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Rebecca Natalie Palmer on the beignet OpenCL driver
since 2014. She is in active contact with upstream and has been handling
the beignet package through all releases since 2015, giving me a very easy
job as sponsor. ;-)

I'm happy she wants to go further and wholeheartedly support her
application to become a DM. I know Rebecca Natalie Palmer can be trusted
to have upload rights for her own packages, right now.

I support Rebbeca Palmer becoming a Debian Maintainer.

I've seen packages and a couple of patches for Theano. She did a great
job helping to bring that package into the latest Debian release by fixing
the remaining RC bugs. Theano is demanding and she were on her own since
upstream did not help much towards the ports which aren't officially supported
and so.

She adopted Theano in the meanwhile and continued providing great packages.
I would grant her upload rights immediately.

Thanks,
Daniel Stender
