I support Raphaël Halimi <raphael.halimi@gmail.com>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Raphaël Halimi on tlp and acpi-call for 2 years and I would like to allow him to upload those packages himself.

In the time we worked together, Raphaël showed great understanding in Debian packaging, worked well with upstreams and also supported Ubuntu when needed.

I have once sponsored tlp and acpi-call for Raphaël Halimi.  It was some
time ago and I have no very active memory about this sponsoring.  As far
as I remember the packaging was smooth and worked fine for me.  So I
think Raphaël has the needed skills to do proper packaging.
