I support Brian T. Smith <bsmith@systemfabricworks.com>'s request to
become a Debian Maintainer. I have worked with Brian T. Smith in
Debian HPC team (formerly pkg-ofed) and sponsored a few uploads for
him. His packages were always of good quality and he was quite
reactive to include spotted fixes. He has good packaging skills and
interacts nicely with the team.

I have personally met him during a conference (Super Computing 2017)
and can attest for his social skills as well.

I know Brian T. Smith <bsmith@systemfabricworks.com> (key
EACF1CC3F79C5C757371CA31B3C2C7B73BA3CD7F) can be trusted to have
access to developer machines, right now.
