Developer once again.
Having talked to him in private during DebConf17, I believe the Debian
project will be better having him onboard once again. I am convinced
the reasons he ceased to be a Debian Developer back in 2013 do not apply
any longer, and both his technical and personal skills are an important
asset to Debian.

Daniel Baumann <mail@daniel-baumann.ch> (key 8136ED25C7D67E92C74A429255CF1BF986ABB9C7) was at the time I got
in closer touch with Debian a helpful and kind help on my own way to becoming first a DM, later on DD. I never
got precise knowledge about the facts (not accessible for me on private channels) that led to his demotion,
but for sure I was very sad to see the project lose a very knowledgeable and dedicated person. I am glad
he never left entirely, but instead remained in contact with the project.
I think Daniel Baumann can be trusted to be a full member of Debian again, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
