Application Manager report
For
Taowa <taowa@debian.org> to become DD, non-upl., an Application Manager has
a look at all the information collected on this site, has a look to past contributions,
asks a few questions if needed, and tries to build some trust that Taowa
should indeed be Debian Developer, non-uploading.
The applicant will be notified once an Application Manager is assigned, and the AM will contact them.

After looking at Taowa Munene-Tardif <taowa@taowa.ca>'s contributions,
viewing the statements from their advocates, reviewing their exchanges with
their previous AM, and after exchanging some emails to get to know them a bit
better, I agree with the advocates that Taowa Munene-Tardif would be a great
member of the Debian project and therefore can and should indeed be a Debian
Developer, non-uploading, right now.
I would like to thank Taowa for their patience.
