I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
I am already maintaining the packages jugglinglab and vim-lastplace alone.
I was also helping out in the vim packaging team, but I am not at the moment.
Mainly I am working on the Debian OpenStack packages. We maintain a lot of packages in this team and it would be very helpful if I could upload them without the need of granting me DM upload ACLs for every single package.
