I support Jean Baptiste Favre <debian@jbfavre.org>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading. I have worked with Jean Baptiste for some Python packages in the past. I think he is a good fit for Debian. He understands well both the technical side and social side of our work. He can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights.

I have worked on and off with Jean Baptiste on some of his packaging and
upstream issues since he got involved with Debian (the latest one, regarding
trafficserver on some 32 bit architectures, we had a chance to look at together
yesterday), and I trust his thought processes and his judgement to be in line
with what we want from Debian Developers.

I have personally worked with Jean Baptiste Favre <debian@jbfavre.org> (key
96122F32E770733EDEBD190FC5C329EC35C2E2F1) for years now, and I know Jean
Baptiste Favre can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have
unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
