Nicolas took over maintenance of glewlwyd and its dependencies (hoel, orcania, ulfius, yder). He is upstream for all this software and releases new versions from time to time.
He did not only used my initial packaging but added new features like using debconf. Further he adopted libical and prepares an upload for the new package taliesin. He does an awesome job and meanwhile I can just wave his packages through.

Also Nicolas has always been pleasant to communicate with.

So I believe that he has the technical skills needed to maintain Debian packages and I fully support his application to become a Debian maintainer.

Thanks!
 Thorsten
