I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.
I have worked on gcovr and several Rust crate packages for a while and I would like to be able to upload the packages I am working on and to help maintaining the Rust crates ecosystem according to Debian's standards within the pkg-rust team.
