For nm.debian.org, at 2018-11-18:
I support Denis Briand <debian@denis-briand.fr>'s request to become Debian
Developer, non-uploading.
Denis has been a tireless member of the French Debian community for years now.
He's been a member of the board of Debian France for the last two years, and in
that time he's been the main driving force behind the Debian booths in several
events in Toulouse. He's also been the main organizer of the MiniDebConf
Toulouse track at the Capitole du Libre last year, a very nice event that
brought contributors from all around Europe together.
I've seen Denis wrangle volunteers, organize events, and do strong advocacy work
for the project, and I trust his membership in the project will be of value in
the long term.
I have personally worked with Denis Briand <debian@denis-briand.fr> (key
8F8438094EE7A364A4259CDA10589E8283DDA9A7) for three years, and I know he can be
trusted to be a full member of Debian, right now.

I support Denis Briand <debian@denis-briand.fr>'s request to become Debian Developer, non-uploading.
Denis has been the main organizer of the Mini-DebConf 2017 at Toulouse,
and I met him several times at the event "the Capitole du Libre".
He managed with success the Mini-DebConf 2017 and he operated
the Debian booth in 2017 and 2018 with wkillness and rightness.
I would like to work with Denis to organize the next Mini-DebConf 2019 at Marseille.
