I'd like to advocate for Alkis Georgopoulos <alkisg@gmail.com>
application for Debian Maintainer. Alkis is capable and trustworthy
enough to have upload rights to Debian.

When Alkis mentioned that he's interested in getting more involved in
Debian by becoming a Debian Maintainer, I was honestly pretty excited!

I've been working with Alkis for several years now on LTSP and
epoptes, and he's been an invaluable contributor and developer. While
Alkis has primarily worked with Ubuntu systems, he's often helped me
sort out issues with the Debian LTSP packages, and helped work to
reduce the diff between the Debian and Ubuntu LTSP packages.

Alkis has helped countless people troubleshoot issues with LTSP and
epoptes. Alkis is also a great bug reporter, describing a problem well
and thoroughly, and often provides patches.

Already, a few epoptes and LTSP uploads were largely prepared by
Alkis, and based on that work, I'd be happy granting Alkis upload
rights for those packages.
