I support Utkarsh Gupta <guptautkarsh2102@gmail.com>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Utkarsh Gupta on many ruby libraries for over 2 months time
and I would like him to be able to upload his packages. He has packaged many
ruby libraries and even handled transitions like ruby-fog-core. He has fixed
many rc bugs and I'm very pleased with his work. He understand concepts and is
quick to learn new things.

I have personally worked with Utkarsh Gupta <guptautkarsh2102@gmail.com> (key 6C9D10484A9AE4CC385F7C71823E967606C34B96) for over 2 months,
and I know Utkarsh Gupta can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
