Application Manager report
For
Scarlett Moore <sgmoore.dev@gmail.com> to become DD, upl., an Application Manager has
a look at all the information collected on this site, has a look to past contributions,
asks a few questions if needed, and tries to build some trust that Scarlett Moore
should indeed be Debian Developer, uploading.

I've took up Scarlett Moore (<sgmoore@kde.org>)'s application to become a DD,
upl, after it being a bit left out for some time because Scarlett needed that,
time, for other things and to acquire some more experience.
After a review of her exchanges with Arturo, her first AM, and after some mail
exchanges to discuss and also have some technical stuff done, I'm confident
that Scarlett has the necessary technical skills to be a Debian Developer with
uploading rights.
