I support Gard Spreemann <gspr@nonempty.org>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.
I have sponsored Gard Spreemann on several packages, like gudhi andphat since Dec 2017 and the procedure was always pleasant.

I have personally worked with Gard Spreemann <gspr@nonempty.org> (key CFC5EF8510851E7355B55E809D11582AFD548CFA) for X time,
and I know Gard Spreemann can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

I have worked with Gard Spreemann on tikzit some time ago and he’s maintained it as a DM for some time now, and his work was so good only had a few comments o nthe initial uploads.

Since Gard started contributing to Debian, I became more familiar with Debian processes and became part of the community, contributing to a lot of technical discussions. I believe he has skills and motivation to do more in Debian, so I want to support his application to become a full member of the project
