I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
I have maintained the packages gudhi, lbfgsb, phat and tikzit as a DM
for a while, and feel comfortable doing so. I believe I am adequately
familiar with the job of maintaining packages, and have the sense to
ask people if I am in doubt as to the correct way to do something.
