I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.

I have been maintaining ncc, jacksum and copyfs and most recently worked
on an ITP for watchman with the help of my sponsor and mentor NIIBE
Yutaka, which is in the NEW queue as of today pending approval.

I have also filed an ITA for ksh, which I look forward to actively
maintaining in Debian in collaboration with new upstream maintainers
who are in the process of modernizing and reviving ksh.

I've been a Debian user since 2.2 and a maintainer since 2008. I would
like to take the next step to be able to contribute to the future
of Debian.
