I have worked with Felix Lechner <felix.lechner@lease-up.com> since November
2017, on the suite of packages that make up the gocryptfs utility. Since
then, he has taken primary responsibility for maintaining the packages, in
his role as a Debian Maintainer.
He has been consistently responsive, thorough, and easy to work with. I
heartily support his request to become a Debian Developer.

I have worked with Felix on the Lintian tool for quite some time now, granting
direct commit access "despite" him not being an official Developer. I would
support is request to enter the DD application process.
