I support Mo Zhou <cdluminate@gmail.com>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Mo Zhou on almost all of his packages for some months now and I think he can have direct upload rights for at least some of them.
He is quickly improving his packages and knowledge, and even if his works has not an excellent quality (specially for ITP), I think he has a strong knowledge, and a good capacity to fix issues, so I think I'll grant him dm as soon as I see two or three good uploads for each package he maintains.

I support Mo Zhou <cdluminate@gmail.com>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
Mo Zhou helped preparing the last nvidia-cuda-toolkit transitions (7.0, 7.5)
and has the next one (8.0) already in the queue. I expect to see more
contributions to Debian from him in the future, since he is also actively
involved with other packages.
