This page collects statements of advocacy for Jamie Strandboge <email@example.com> to become Debian Maintainer.
See here for details about advocating someone to be a Debian Maintainer. You should be familiar with their existing work within Debian and believe it to be of a sufficient standard that they can be trusted with upload rights to the packages they maintain.
Please be verbose if you can. You may want to write the advocacy in a proper text editor and paste it in the form when you are happy with it.
Note: An email with your advocacy message will be sent to the debian-newmaint public mailing list

For nm.debian.org, at 2020-02-13: I support Jamie Strandboge <firstname.lastname@example.org>'s (key 4C20C06B5D8BDE688854D28A51DBDC58CC559573) request to become Debian Maintainer. I have worked with Jamie Strandboge on countless Debian and Ubuntu packages (doing security updates, etc) since roughly 2007 (and specifically on ufw since 2009). He's an excellent maintainer and he's got a strong attention to detail. I absolutely trust him to have upload rights for his own packages. Frankly, I'd trust him with upload rights for the entire archive, but that's a different application process. ;) - -KeesSigned with key A5C3 F68F 229D D60F 723E 6E13 8972 F4DF DC6D C026
