I'd like to Advocate Håvard Flaget Aasen <haavard_aasen@yahoo.no> for DM.
He's been maintaining a bunch of packages, and been really helpful on the
QA front with NMUs and QA uploads.

I've seen; I also know of no reason Håvard couldn't be trusted for upload
rights to his own packages.
